Registration Process

Arrive no earlier than 5:30PM. Guests staying at the Robert Treat Hotel will NOT be permitted inside the Hall before 5:30PM.
Volunteers will escort guests to the registration table that corresponds to the first initial of their last name.
Registration personnel will sign you in and confirm the table where you are sitting at.
Volunteers will escort guests to their tables.
Each table will have one big yellow envelope with ID badges. Only guests who graduated from East Side will receive a badge. Open the yellow envelope, remove your badge, and then close the envelope.
If you need assistance at some point during the event, flag down one of the volunteers who will be wearing a green VIP bracelet.
Opening Ceremony will begin around 6:45PM. Passing of the torch, veterans tribute, toast, etc.

Note: Most of the volunteers are also guests. Most of the volunteers will be National Honor Society students from the class of 2011.

Note: If you arrive with a guest who is also an East Sider who has a different last name than yours, then they will need to register separately and visit the correct registration table.
